I figured I'd get behind on things while in Greece: Looks like there was a kerpluffle on the autism-vaccine/Dr. Andrew Wakefield front in regard to Dr. Wakefield issuing a complaint against journalist Brian Deer, thoughtfully, and insolently (one expects nothing less) by Orac at Respectful Insolence. Orac's since reported on Brian Deer's response to Dr. Wakefield and Discover Magazine's Bad Astronomy blog extends the discussion to consider antivaxxers and their trouble with truth.

And in keeping with the title of this post, I'm going to leave it at that aside from saying, I filled out the question "has your child had his vaccinations?" on the 17-page-intake form for the new neurologist in the affirmative, and without skipping a beat.
