Topics:

whoprofits.org asks and answers the question - who makes money off of the occupation? It was researched and published by a group I respect, the Coalition of Women for Peace. Here's example of the research for the Shamrock Group:

An investment fund. Shamrock Holding is a shareholder of several companies which are involved in the Israeli occupation including Teva Naot, Ahava Dead Sea Laboratories, and the Orad Group.

Involved in:

Settlements' ProductsThe Wall and Checkpoints

Owned by the Roy E. Disney family.

Current investments include SkyVision, Ahava, Kaman Trade, Teva Naot, Medison, The Ellara Group, Orad, Silynx, Ginegar Plastic Enterprises, Polymer Logistics, MAG and Raval ACS.

I don't actually support the full range of BDS (Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions) actions proposed by some supporters of Palestinian rights. It feels at times like a good cover to activities that 1) can't be successful while 2) serve as cover for hostility to Israel's existence. That being said, there is such argument for well targetted efforts aimed at those who support the settlements. The settlements are utterly without moral justification. They are also a better target strategically.
