A New York Kind of Feminism

I am going to take a break from women's rights programming to make a little announcement of my own.

For the loyal readers who follow my writing from Washington, DC - I have some news. My feminist opinions will soon be taking on a new location starting Monday, June 1 when I move up to New York City.

As of today, I have left my consulting job here in the Beltway and I will be taking on a position at Air America Media as the Director of Digital Strategy. But don't worry - I will continue blogging here at Change.org and hopefully be able to connect with the New York feminist scene, which includes the likes of Jessica Valenti, Deanna Zandt, Jill Filipovic, Gloria Feldt, Liza Sabater and Marcia Yerman among others!

Also, a special thanks goes out to Fishbowl DC and Famous DC for the publicity about the big move today.
