America Forward Guest Blogging on Change.org

Later today, the Social Entrepreneurship blog will be welcoming America Forward to the site. America Forward is a coalition of social entrepreneurs that breaks down the barriers between government leaders and private sector social innovators. Working with some of the most active social leaders across fields including Teach for America, CityYear, Ashoka and more, America Forward is tapping a collective energy to help government answer the question of how it can best support scaled-up social impact.

Supported by venture philanthropy firm New Profit, Inc., America Forward is a lead sponsor of the social entrepreneurship section of the Ideas for Change in America competition. Over the course of the next few weeks, their director Kelly Ward will be blogging about the innovative ideas the members of her coalition and social entrepreneurs more broadly have to impact policy in the new Obama administration. She will, of course, be featuring the Ideas that they've posted in the competition. These ideas won't just come from the "social entrepreneurship" section of the campaign but from across all of the different categories.

We're thrilled to have America Forward on the site and looking forward to the unique perspective the bring.
