I'm sick and wasn't going to post today, but BoingBoing has rescued me.... They compiled a collection of hilarious animated gifs as a commentary on the Bush - Arab - Shoe triangle.

Fighting liberals has an action component for those wishing they could join in the fun: sending your old shoes to the Bush Presidential Library. I'm assuming they will donate them to the needy, so please don't send single shoes that can't be worn anymore.

For the record: I think this action was wrong. It will make the work of journalists harder. Journalists should write hard hitting articles, not throw hard hitting objects. Iraq has seen many journalists die trying to cover the news objectively, and all sides have tried to make use of journalists for political ends. This didn't help. So, listen up Arab Shoe Guy: I'm laughing, but I disapprove.
