Bite-Sized Vegan Videos and the Chronicles of the Traveling Vegetarian

Among my dozens of reasons for being excited for the national AR conference coming up in July is the chance to connect with all the incredible, passionate, and compassionate people I met last year in D.C. as well as those I've met since then. But luckily for me, I can see two of the lovely women I met and am happy to now call friends anytime I want, despite the fact that one lives in Tennessee and the other in California. Yes, this is one of the benefits of having tech-savvy, photogenic, charming friends with their own online video shows!

My friend Yvonne, whom I'll possibly be able to visit in Nashville at some point if she ever stays put for more than a nanosecond, is the Traveling Vegetarian, who provides us all with great video advice on fabulous vegan food wherever her travels take her. And her travels take her all over the place! Need a restaurant recommendation for a city you're traveling to? Chances are Yvonne has tips.

And now another friend newly made last year has just launched her own Web site and online show--and it's going to be fantastic. Michelle, who dedicated herself to running an active student animal rights organization in Ohio up until her college graduation this winter, is now back in her home state of California and ready to impart fun vegan advice and information in "bite-sized vegan videos" over at Vegan Break.

Check out these ladies' impressive endeavors, and tell them I said hi!
