BREAKING NEWS: Bashir Indicted on War Crimes and Crimes Against Humanity

A pre-trial panel of the International Criminal Court just issued an arrest warrant for Sudanese President Omar al-Bashir for war crimes and crimes against humanity committed against the civilian population of Darfur. This marks the first arrest warrant issued by the court for a sitting head of state. Sadly, the Court did not issue a warrant on the genocide charge.
