It's Tuesday Morning, January 20th. You're awake and a little tired because you had a long Martin Luther King, Jr. Day weekend and it looks like it's time to start the week. Usually, the first day back after a long weekend is hard, but that day, January 20th (in one week!) it's different, it's Inaguaration Day for Barack Obama, so what do you drink to perk you up that morning and get ready for the historical day?

Well, President's Blend: Coffee for Change of course. Thanksgiving Coffee Company has a limited edition coffee in honor of soon-to-be-President Barack Obama's Inauguration. What's particularly special about this coffee? Thanksgiving Coffee created a three-part coffee blend that "mirror's Obama's story and journey to the presidency"

The coffee is composed of coffee's from East Africa (Uganda and Ethiopia), where his was from, and from Indonesia, where Obama spent some of his childhood. The Thanksgiving Coffee Company are the same roasters that work with the Mirembe Kawomera coffee cooperative I wrote about a few weeks ago.

Remember, supplies are limited, so get yourself the President's Blend. I JUST bought mine. Perk your inauguration morning with some Fair Trade (Obama) coffee.
