Free Care for Jobless & Uninsured at Walgreens

by Leigh Graham · 2009-03-31 06:29:00 UTC

Friends,  I'm having some things go on in real life here, hence the sporadic posting of the last couple days.  Apologies.  I'm working on getting some more content up soon.  In the interim, here's some information on an offer from Walgreens for free "walk-in clinic services to the unemployed and uninsured for the rest of the year."  This does not include the cost of prescriptions.

"The program provides tests and routine treatment for minor ailments and illnesses to patients who lose their job and health insurance after March 31."

Typically walk-in visits start at $59.

Here's the Walgreens website and store locator.
