Friday Femme Fatale: Goodbye Naomi Sims, Gender Murders & GoDaddy Girls

Well, it's August. As Congress goes into recess and the news cycle slows down - it actually presents quite an opportunity for activist stories to hit major publications - because those are the "less timely" topics and can finally be given attention once there is no political racetrack to cover.

So, this week we see some  very interesting articles hitting a variety of publications that have to do with women's rights. We also share sadness as we mourn the loss of Noami Sims, the first black supermodel, as well as the lives of the three women shot and killed in Collier County, PA.
