All sorts of vegan goodness to share this week . . .

Must-Make Muffaletta from VegNews (and Robin Robertson): Multilayered New Orleans-style sandwich featuring an incredible array of veggies and flavors. This is no wimpy sandwich.

Spring Crêpes Three Ways from VeganYumYum (pictured above): Need I say anything at all? I mean, just look at the picture. Asparagus Hollandaise Crêpes, Wild Mushroom and Wilted Frisée Crêpes, and Berry Crêpes. Wow. YumYum is right.

Ruby Red Raspberry Reviver from Innocent Primate Vegan Blog: Blogger Sara concocted this deliciousness after awaking with a juice craving one day. Check out this recipe and accompanying image, and you'll likely find yourself with a craving too, as did I.

Raw Stroganoff from the "Raw Food Wednesday" series at What the Hell Does a Vegan Eat Anyway? : Proof, in case anyone still needs it, that raw food can be complex and delicious. This recipe features flavorful buckwheat cutlets atop zucchini noodles, all covered in a "mustard, almond, cashew and pine nut cream sauce."
