We are unarmed civilians! We are farmers and international Human Rights Workers! Stop Shooting!” So shouted unarmed solidarity activists helping Palestinian farmers in Gaza, near the village of Al Faraheen. Naturally, small incidents like this rarely make the news - after all, no one was killed or seriously injured. The video below is kind of amazing; you get to see a British woman, calm as the queen at tea-time, speaking into the video cam as Israeli soldiers are firing at people all around her. Harvesting parsley shouldn't be this exciting.
