"I'll Know the Recession Is Over When..."
Many economists say the recession is officially over, though it takes an economy months or years to bounce back. Proving it has a sense of humor, the AARP Bulletin asked people to finish this sentence: "I'll know the recession is over when ... " The responses ranged from funny to sad to funny/sad. How will you know it's over?
