The third monthly Social Entrepreneurs Chat is currently happening live on Twitter as we speak. This month's theme is the environment.

From the Chats Squidoo page:

Theme: Environment (Commemorating World Environment Day June 5)

Just two days before World Environment Day and the week before the first of four "Green Innovation for Business" unconferences hosted by the Environmental Defense Fund and Ashoka (more info: http://bit.ly/47NMSb), Ashoka's Twitter-based #SocEntChat (short for Social Entrepreneurship Chat) is happening on Wednesday, June 3, from 4-6pm US EDT, and is focusing on environmental entrepreneurship.

Join us and discuss the roll of social entrepreneurship in addressing environmental issues, explore case-studies of collaboration and innovation and help generate ideas and opportunities for the upcoming unconferences.

#SocEntChat takes place entirely within Twitter. You can follow the discussion without being a member of twitter by going to search.twitter.com and following the #SocEntChat tag. Enter the discussion anytime by just tagging one of your tweets with #SocEntChat.

#SocEntChat takes place on the first Wednesday of each month from 4-6pm US Eastern Time. For more information on Ashoka's monthly #SocEntChat please go to www.squidoo.com/socentchat.
