Let Equality Rule

This is a great day for equality.

Today, Vermont became the first state to enact marriage equality through the state legislature, following the lead of Connecticut and Iowa. As if that wasn't exciting enough, however, the District of Columbia followed suit by voting to recognize gay marriages performed in other states as well!

Now, if only California could get back on the bandwagon and not only consider legalizing marijuana - but perhaps same sex marriage?

Make sure to follow Michael Jones' coverage over at the Gay Rights blog about this as well.
