A 2007 article on the growing student interest in global health.  Two years later, I'd say interest is still on the rise. New students blogs pop up daily, and new academic programs are being created in response to student interest in global health.

The Malaria-free Future blog talks about new ways of approaching malaria treatment at home.

If you've been following the pandemic tournament, you'll love this. The Global Disease Alert Map tracks outbreaks all over the world. It aggregates a number of major epidemiological surveillance systems into an intuitive map that brings new clarity to what's going on.
