Massachusetts Rep. Carl Sciortino: Prop 8 in Unconstitutional

Massachusetts State Representative Carl Sciortino read from California's State Constitution at this afternoon's Join the Impact rally in Boston. His point? Well, to quote California law: "All people are by nature free and independent and have certain inalienable rights." There is no reconciling Proposition 8 with this statement.
