NetSquared Year Four Mobile Challenge Now Open

NetSquared is one of the leading supporters of the nonprofit technology scene, and their annual conference, N2Y4, and competition is one of the best ways to keep track of emerging trends and new ideas in social enterprise technology.
This year, the competition is focused explicitly on mobile tools. The way it works is that any one can post a project here. Users review and comment on projects, staring those they like. Then a voting period ends through which different projects can mobilize their communities to support them. At the end, the top twenty or so vote getters are invited to come present at the Conference in May, where other attendees vote for their favorites. Last year's winners included Ushahidi, Knowmore.org, and Social Actions.
Already this year there are some exciting projects, including FrontlineSMS:Medic, SureLifts, HarassMap and more. Assetmap.org was a featured project last year and it was a great learning experience that helped us determine what we were actually focused on. I'm looking forward to keeping track of this year's projects!
