Three women in a San Diego neighborhood went to court to have one family restricted to their house and driveway. According to yesterday's Post-Chronicle, Gary and Marla Trussle believe that the three are "discriminating against the boy, Spencer, because he has autism":

The neighbors said they feared Spencer "might come out with a firearm at any time," the broadcaster said.

"I thought they had lost their minds," Marla Trussle said.

A judge has thrown out the case.

Just have to say it again: Standing on the street is not a crime.
