Opportunity City

Friends, I'm back from Florida but have spent the day looking at wedding venues. So romantic, yet so annoying! lol

I am getting back into the swing of things so for now I'm leaving you with this insightful interview with the Executive Director of Opportunity City in Milwaukee, Ronald Dykes. Opportunity City runs almost 30 anti-poverty programs that tackle economic and social inequality from a variety of angles. Their work is getting accolades and therefore lots of funding and Dykes describes now as being "one of the most exciting times in American history to be involved in the fight against poverty." Sadly, that's probably because so many people are falling into it.

Curious what you all think of their work.
