Social Innovation Links 12-18

Currently crossing the country (San Fran to Portland Maine, via Chicago via New York) and wanted to share some great links focused on social innovation and entrepreneurship from the last few days.

  • The Case Foundation gets a blog! The Case Foundation is way out ahead of the curve when it comes to the types of programming they support (with a particular eye towards digital innovation for the global good) and the way they support it (with nonprofit grants and for-profit investments). They just launched a blog (but where's the RSS feed?)
  • New Ashoka fellows announced. Ashoka: Innovators for the Public, announces a new class of fellows, including my bud Mark over at the Genocide Intervention Network. Congrats to everyone!
  • Mashable: Digital Charity Toolbox - 50+ Ways to Get Your 'Give' On. An incredibly cool resource from the web-junkies at Mashable.
  • ChristmasFutures - ChristmasFutures basically does organization vetting for holiday givers and gives them the ability to buy charity gift cards. Hat tip Lucy Bernholz
