Tell Michelle: We Like the Organic Garden

Michelle Obama's been under fire for her organic garden from the pesticide industry. They are seriously pissed and they've got a letter writing campaign going to tell her how much she needs pesticides on her plants. Lucky for us, the White House Organic Farm (The WHO Farm) decided to counter them with a letter writing campaign of our own - from kids! On their site, they have a slide presentation available for download explaining to a K-12 audience about Michelle's garden and the importance of growing our own food. They are encouraging teachers to use it in the classroom and then have children write to Michelle Obama about her garden - and they'll feature some of the letters on their site. Very exciting!
