The student government of Temple University here in Philadelphia recently passed a resolution in support of the DREAM Act.  The resolution was sponsored by the Temple College Democrats.

Now that Arlen Specter is a Democrat, I hope that he will be more receptive to initiatives promoted by local Dem groups and consider formally supporting the DREAM Act.  Even if he's been promised an unopposed primary, the pressures and incentives he faces have changed.
