Watch 'Food, Inc.' Free on PBS.org

PBS is streaming the Academy Award-nominated documentary Food, Inc. online this week for free. You can catch it through Friday, April 30, at this link. If you have any interest in the problems with our industrial food system and you haven't seen this film, drop what you're doing right now and tune in.

Watching this film might be the single best thing you can do to gain insight into the issues we discuss on this blog. I listed it among my top five food films everyone who eats should see, and fellow blogger David Orr made it the first step in his five-week crash course in sustainable food.
